SELF CATERING:

The cost for self-catering will be R25/guests and entitles you to make use of Karmanel's catering facilities (eg crockery, cutlery, glassware, chafing dishes).

Limited use of the kitchen equipment and a Duty Manager as well as staff for cleaning. 

When a client undertakes to self cater, the food needs to be prepared off-site and merely kept hot and served at Karmanel.
